Our Genetic Alliance
provides us with the top bull calves from 3500 to 4000 registered
cows. They are then put through head to head competition with all
the other bulls at Profit Maker Bulls.
Performance results combined with EPD evaluation, ultrasound carcass composition data and scrotal measurements are all used to rank each bull within test contemporary groups. Visual appraisal is used to screen out bulls with undesirable phenotype. THE TOP BULLS ARE SOLD TO COMMERCIAL CATTLEMEN The large number of bulls being evaluated ensures tremendous Genetic Diversity in our sale offerings. We regularly attend a number of bull sales each year. We have found good bulls at almost every sale. None, however, has the depth of quality from one end to the other that you will find at a Profit Maker Bulls sale. That is not surprising since no one has the numbers to select from that we do.
